Customer Satisfaction Policy

Unopened containers may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us for return authorization. Returned items must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus outbound shipping charges.

No credit will be issued for partial returns of chemical products not manufactured by AQUACIDE COMPANY.
